Today the team, Scott, Alicia & Iris, are pleased to welcome Lezlie Winter, Superintendent of Mississinewa Community Schools. Lezlie is a gifted athlete, coach, and educator that has blazed the trail, often as the only female in the room. She sees Grant County as a place of potential for success and believes we have the right passionate people to move our community forward.

Bruce Bender

On this episode of Where We Landed, the team sits down with Bruce Bender. Bruce has served in local law enforcement and has traveled the world with a premiere Judo program - Marion PAL Judo!

Bill Munn

Today the team sits down with Marion’s Historian, Bill Munn. Originally from Angola, IN, Bill shares how he landed in Marion & Grant County. Mr. Munn, as many know him, started his career at Marion Community Schools in 1969 and was the creator of the Community History Project that has had a lasting impact on the stories that have been collected since the early 90’s. These stories can still be viewed in the Indiana Room of the Marion Public Library. And maybe he inspired some of his former students to continue this legacy but in a different medium…

Kirk Hornocker

Kylie, Alicia and Iris had a lot of fun with this week’s episode that welcomes a super fan of WWL – Kirk Hornocker. Listen in as Kirk talks about his family, his days as a mascot – namely Purdue Pete, and the group going on a wild tangent talking about pizza!
